01. Can I ask for a free sample to test the quality first?
We do not supply free samples to our clients, because the sample is too big to send. We just supply sample material, or we suggest you purchasing one product as your sample.

02. Can I change the size and the color?
Yes, all the products can be customized

03. Can you print my logo on the products?
Yes, you can send us the AI or CDR file for us to check your logo first.

04. How long is the Guarantee?
We Grant a guarantee of 3 years on seams, Valves, and materials.

05. Do you have certificates?
We have EN15649, EN14960 and EN71 certificates. And our blower has CE/UL certificates. Material passed SGS.

06. How Can I order?
You can send us the products you are interested in and your address. We will send you order list which includes all the details with the sign of our boss and stamp of our company. Then you signed back to us, pay through T/T, PAYPAL, or western union. After that, we will prepare the products soon.
